Few years on!

Ok so i havent updated reacently!

Will do some posts about whats happened in the meantime later on but I just need to note down stuff about right now, right now!

So its 23:33 and Im waiting on the sofa of my Best friends mums sitting room, waiting for my best friend to GO IN TO LABOUR!

Im so so so excited, shes very much my sister, and I just cant wait to experiance all the amazingness shes going to go threw in the next few hours and new months! She wantes me to be at the birth , and I feal SO SO SO Very honered. Im so excited to be there for her, and to meet her new little boy as he wiggles in to this world. She is having a water birth, It is going to be so lovly :) She is going to be such a wonderfull mum, and pregnancy really suits her, she looks stunning, the most beatuiful Ive ever seen her :).


She has been having braxton hicks for weeks, and strong ones today, but they have settled down now :(. I spend the afternoon making two large lasagnes to go in to her freezer in portion sizes so once lumpy (her baby) is born and she cant be bothered to cook shell have a few good meals to keep her going.

Is so wonderfull, I cant quite express the love that I feal towards her and her little lumpy, you know that fealing you have towards a well, as I said, I sister that you are very close too where you just want to protect them all the time and cuddle them and tell them bedtime stories and tuck them in at night and you want the world for them even thou occasionly they drive you loopy. And you can never be really cross with them for more than 2 seconds. ahhh *loving vibes*


So yes very excited.

So Im distracting my self by looking at courses!

I really want to be doing something and learning something!

I Think ive deffinatly desided on City and Guilds level 2 welding. Ben and I will be doing it together so we can start making woodstoves to sell mostly for yurts / house trucks! I saw the most beatuful woodstove recently two bottom ends of gass canisters welded together with a glass windo/doors jutting out covered in leafy vines, stunning! I looked at it and i know I can make that! If I could weld..... So Im learning!

There is a college nearer that does it but its on a tuesday so bens mum cant baby sit as she has scouts, (had a baby by the way! Will tell you about him in another post!)

I am good but tired!

My course is going well! my class consists of a swedish vicar who has a few gaelic speekers in his congrigation so hes learning for them!

One woman who is quiet but nice,

one woman who loves the sound of her own voice but is genrally okay!

and one woman who is driving me BONKERS, She made fun off me cos i dont know the differnt words for words like nouns and adjectives and verbs, i can never get them the right way round and she laughed and told the teacher when I told her i didnt know them And now when ever she asks me a question she just answers for me any way, she is who ive been pared up with! She has obviously done alot of gaelic befor and this is a class for very beginers and she just constantly echos the teacher and makes us all feal like idiots!


I am learning quite alot thou! And ben and I practice every night we are sleeping in a tent on the college grounds wich is on top of a cliff/bank thing that over looks the water and mainland scotland so lots of beatuiful mountain sceanery!

I was given Moab is my wash pot stephen frys auto biography for my birthday and started to read it, its scary how much of the deppression things I can realate to, even when he talks about events that happened when he was 6 years old. But its genrally a good funny read. Ben and I are also listening to an audio book about a young southafrican boy during WW1 or 2 I cant rember which, but that is good aswell!

just a few things

Today was my very first trip to a scrap yard, I felt this needed marking.

There was a white cat there with whitegreeny eyes, and white fur and a tiny spot/cut on her forhead.

Ben was looking for a Idler pully preferably from a volvo, after looking through a few cars he found one wedged in a very or quard place, after an hour he prized it out, I tryed to help, mostly I put my hand in the engin when he dropped the spanner in to it as I have smaller hands than him, wich is good as id look silly with his hands.

He payed £10 for it, it would have cost him £25 new with out postage probably, and this means he has recycled somthing, For which I am proud of him!

Im getting really bad itchy feet, in a wonderlust way, not in a athleats foot way. Hopefully I'll head down to kent at some point befor blood stock, Also I must book tickets for bloodstock! I should be able to get ben in free.

Still haven't heard from SMO about the course fees.

Im again considering working towards a degree with edinburgh with the combined arts thing, So then I could go in to teaching if I wanted to. I'm worried that my not be easy with a small thing. But thats all in the fututre, Im trying to live in then now a bit more at the moment. And the now is traveling and seeing friends.

And looking for contentment and maby a bit of fun too :)
